I posted a graphical installer that should be consider Beta. I tested it multiple times today and it works. If you're setting up OpenCATS in UBUNTU 18.04 ONLY.....Please use this installer. I want to make sure it works consistently and is bug-free.

I'm going to work on a Windows GUI Installer next and hopefully...other relevant platforms.
