WAMP on Winserver 2003

Hi all. Sorry for maybe stupid uestions: I need to install openCats on a VPS (virtual private server - hosted). Installation of WAMP does not work, error message after install.
Can me please somebody give a hint how to install WAMP on winserver 2003? Many thanks!
